Special offer: now only $59
What happens to our personality if we engage with Buddhist teachings and practices? How can we live our daily life, including challenges such as relationships or work, from a radically different place? What is an enlightened action? The teaching in this course is easily understandable and down to earth.
The Paramis are refined, developed capacities by which we navigate through our life with ease, clarity and joy.
The ancient teachings on the paramis are extremely helpful in mapping the effect of spiritual practice and teachings on our psychological make-up. They are often described as the characteristics of the 'Bodhisattva'.
In this course we will explore how we are changed by Buddhist dharma practice in ways we may not have noticed. We will investigate each of the paramis as expressions of a our deepest freedom as well as explore how they allow us to respond wisely to ordinary daily life experiences.
“Stephen Fulder takes us deep into Buddhist wisdom.... He has a beautiful teaching style – clear, patient, thorough without being ponderous, unpretentious, deeply felt, and authoritative without being dogmatic”. S.L. Swarthmore, PA, USA
